Canadian wildlife photographer John Marriott spent almost two weeks in the Yukon’s freezing wilderness, hoping to catch one of his favourite predators, the lynx. His hard work and determination paid off, capturing a trio of lynxes sheltering from the cold, and earning him a win in the Animal Portraits category of the Wildlife Photographer of the Year awards.
